I’ve seen a lot and experienced more than most, yet I’ve never been threatened, beaten, or robbed. While I’ve faced a few authoritarian challenges in some countries, they’ve always ended on a positive note.

Most of my memories are of wonderful encounters with people from all walks of life, regardless of nationality.
